Attorney Alan Penn has 36 years of legal experience divided primarily into the four (4) following areas of practice:

1. CORPORATE and BUSINESS. Mr. Penn has extensive experience in many phases of corporate and business law including non-profit organizations, in addition to organizing and documenting in excess of 100 corporations, several limited partnerships, limited liability companies, and numerous partnerships and sole proprietorships. He has provided corporate counseling and preparation of SEC reporting documents to two (2) public corporations, one formerly listed on NASDAQ, and the other formerly on the American Stock Exchange. He has prepared and negotiated numerous varieties of business agreements, and bank financing agreements, including the purchase and sale of small and medium size businesses, as well as major participation in negotiation and documentation of a large acquisition in excess of $100,000,000 and multi-state receivable finance agreements and small and large equipment lease transactions.

2. REAL ESTATE. Mr. Penn has provided counseling and drafting in connection with numerous real estate transactions including commercial real estate, industrial development financing, commercial real estate leasing, construction contracts, and residential purchase and sales.

3. EMPLOYMENT LAW. Atty. Penn provides counseling and representation of clients in connection with a wide variety of employment matters including equal employment opportunity, wage and hour, employment agreements and applications, handbooks, drug testing, aids policies, and wrongful discharge, as well as other employment policies.

4. ESTATE PLANNING and ADMINISTRATION and PERSONAL. He has counseled clients and prepared estate planning documents including Wills, Powers of Attorney, Living Wills, Trusts, Irrevocable Trusts, and estate administration. Atty. Penn has counseled clients and prepared and negotiated Pre-Marriage Agreements and other types of personal contracts.
